you will find our policies on ordering & returns. We want you to feel
secure about ordering online from us using our secure shopping cart provided by

Your information is strictly used to
process your order and will not be given out to other parties for the purpose
of spam or other annoying tactics. We will use your email address or phone
number to email or call you about issues concerning your order if needed. We
appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
Order Info
When you complete a secure order from our online
services, we send your name and product order only (not payment info, email
address, or phone number) to our supplier in San Diego, CA. They ship your
order directly to you.
Ordering and Customer Service
To place an order on our website, please use our
secure Volusion Store on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card
information, or use Paypal.If you have
questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. We return emails within 1 business day; usually the same day.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship out within 2 to 3 business days
from when your order was placed. This means you will actually receive your
order in two weeks or less (it is usually less). Be sure to check the item
description as some items can take up to 3 weeks to ship out (example: a custom
sized mattress or puddle pad). If the
order is delayed for some reason we will contact you by email.
Guarantees/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items
and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest
assured that you can return your purchase if you are unhappy according to the
standards set below:
Please Note That Custom Items AND Opened Mattresses Are Not Returnable
Open Mattresses: to ensure we keep the 100% organic integrity of our mattresses, we ship them with the utmost care in sealed, clear bags. This way you're able to view the item for defects or other aesthetic issues before opening. Once opened, however, we have no control over the things our mattresses come in contact with. Therefore, to keep in line with both our organic motto and health laws, we must ensure all returns are received back as they were shipped - unopened and unharmed!
Receiving the Wrong Item: If you receive an item
that was not what you ordered, we will arrange for a package pick up by UPS or
a postage paid envelope will be sent to you to return the item and the correct
item will be sent to you at no extra charge. In some rare cases you may be
asked to ship the item back and will be reimbursed for your shipping charges.
Defective items: You can return any defective
items within 45 days of purchase. It must be new (completely unused), with all
of its’ original packaging, and soil and stain free. A replacement item will be
sent back to you and you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs as long as
you provide a shipping receipt within 45 days. In some cases a package pick-up
from UPS or a postage paid envelope will be sent to you. Certain items are warranted
for longer than 45 days, contact us if you are unsure. Please email us your
return request.
Exchanges: If you order an item and are unhappy with
the color, style, or size, or simply just want another item, we will allow you
to exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges for
exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (you). This includes shipping
charges for returning the item to the distribution center, plus the shipping of
the new item back to you. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges
of the original purchase. The item must be new (completely unused), with all of
its’ original packaging, and soil and stain free. You must email us your
exchange request before you send it back to get the return shipping address and
authorization for exchange.
Changing Your Mind/ Do not like it once you see it
in person: If you order an item and change your mind about it, you can return
it within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus shipping. The item must be new
(completely unopened and unused), with all of its’ original packaging, and soil and stain
free. The shipping costs to return the item are your responsibility. You must
email us your return request before you send it back to get the return shipping
address and authorization for return.
Refunds
It is a rare occasion that we need to issue a
refund; however, if for some reason a refund is necessary, we will credit your
card for the full purchase amount minus shipping (unless the item has not yet
been shipped, and then we will refund the entire amount). Returns started after 14 days of being received will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. If you are returning
an item and need a refund for that item, please note that it can take up to two
weeks after your item has been received at the distribution center to issue the
refund. It may not always take that full amount of time, but it is possible.
Shipping Options
Shipping is now FREE to the continental US. Orders
under two pounds usually ship via priority and orders over two pounds will
usually ship via UPS ground. Expedited shipping may be available at an

on our website (same manufacturer, same style, same size).
*The competing website must have a seal of
validation that when clicked on states the name of the business, the current

* The competing web site must be in compliance
with the pricing policies of the manufacturer.
* Customer must provide the URL to the home page
of the competing web site, AND the URL of the product page which shows the
product advertised at a lower price.
* Customer must make price match request BEFORE
purchasing the product. Once the product has been purchased from our web store,
we do not reimburse customers for lower prices found on other web sites.

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and Discover as well as PayPal.
No Minimum Order Requirement
At absolutelyorganicbaby.com we do not require
that you make a minimum purchase.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that
are shipped within the state of Nevada. Tax rates are based on Nevada state
sales tax plus discretionary surtax for your county (if applicable). All other
